A gorgeous hotel with a river view, delicious breakfast, and attentive owners who treated me like family. Loved the cozy room, daily cleaning, and the free bike rental. Honestly, the best part was the delightful surprise of having meals by myself in my room. So fun!

Who needs to meet people? I enjoyed not having a communal area, it was wonderful not to socialize!

The location of this homestay is a standout feature, with a serene riverside view and a peaceful atmosphere. Guests can freely use the bicycles provided by the homestay to explore the surroundings, which made for a delightful experience. the rooms are spacious and clean, with some even offering a large balcony overlooking the river.

One minor drawback is the basic nature of the bathrooms, which may not meet everyone's expectations.

the beds were incredibly comfortable and the entire place was spotlessly clean. Despite being a bit far from the center, it was still conveniently located and provided a peaceful environment for a good night's sleep. the staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to help me plan my outings.

Nothing, it is perfect.

The family running the guest house is so friendly, and you can rent bikes for free - perfect for exploring the area! The location may be a bit out of the center, but within 5 minutes on the bike, you're in the heart of the action. Plus, it's nice and quiet! The aircon works perfectly, which is a must in the Hoi An heat. And breakfast on the terrace is just lovely - delicious too! The room has a stunning view of the river from the balcony, and the hosts are amazing - always ready to help. They even invited us to a family meal! The homestay has a peaceful atmosphere, with Vietnamese countryside vibes. Can't wait to come back!

loved the family-owned hotel, felt right at home. Borrowed bikes to explore Hoi An easily. Quiet location by the river, big rooms with aircon and balcony. Worth every penny!
